Who is responsible

The contact form

When you send a message I receive your name, your email address, the message itself, the address of the page you sent it from and the time you sent it. I use these only to reply to you.

The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in answering people who write to me.

The form delivers the message into my Google Workspace account: Gmail, a Google Sheet and the Apps Script that connects them. Google processes that data on my behalf under its Workspace terms.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log the IP address of each request for security, under its own privacy statement. The fonts are served from this site. There are no third-party requests, apart from the contact form, which is sent to my Google Workspace. There are no analytics and no cookies.

What the site stores in your browser

The games on the site keep their progress in your browser's local storage: the bugs you have caught, the achievements you have unlocked and whether the games are on or off. This never leaves your browser and is never sent to me. The Reset button in the HUD clears it.

How long I keep it

• Messages in my records are deleted after 24 months.
• Nothing else is collected, so there is nothing else to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and object to how I use it. Email studio@playrunqa.com and I will answer. If you are not happy with my answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
